We lived in the family suite, which is composed of two bedrooms and a bathroom. It was extremely comfortable and clean. Hosts were super nice and very helpful in planning the trip. The breakfast was delicious, as other reviewers said, we didn't need to have lunch. Everything is so perfect and definitely I would recommend this B&B to every friend who wants to have a wonderful trip in niagara falls. By the way, the price was even much lower than those 3-star hotels.
